The hotel had very different rooms from the pictures, but the size was good. The stains on the carpet and sofa prompted a room change. The service was friendly but had issues with bed quality. The location was amazing, close to the beach, but exercise caution due to street crime nearby. The dining experience was acceptable despite some issues. The facilities were satisfactory.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms were beautifully decorated and very spacious for the area, making my stay extra comfortable. The service was top-notch, from being upgraded to a suite room free of charge to finding champagne and glasses waiting for us in the room. The location couldn't have been better, just a few steps away from Ocean Drive and South Beach. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited during the holidays, which was a bit of a letdown, but overall, the hotel offers a great value for the price.
